From Test to Insight
Every test should produce a portable lesson, even when the variant loses.
A win that nobody documents is a win that gets re-run in eighteen months. A loss that nobody documents becomes folklore — 'we tried that, it doesn't work' — when actually it was the wrong audience, the wrong page, or the wrong measurement.
The deliverable of every test is not the variant. It is the one-paragraph lesson: what you tested, what you learned, what you would try next. File it in your experiment archive, tag it by page and audience, and revisit the archive quarterly.
This is how an experimentation programme compounds. Without the archive, every quarter starts from zero.
